About Saginaw Day Camp
Saginaw Day Camp (SDC) campers are encouraged to explore and grow through a strong tradition of quality programming. Our experienced staff guide campers through a wide range of traditional day camp activities, as well as special days and events that reflect the spirit of Saginaw Day Camp.
Since 1927, Saginaw has been known as a premier summer camp for children, and the Day Camp was founded in 2004. Our history and ongoing connection to former campers, counselors, and generations of families that come through Saginaw make our camp experience incredibly unique. We proudly maintain a level of connection and continuity to our community with unparalleled respect and devotion.
Saginaw Day Camp, along with Camp Saginaw, located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, is family owned and operated, and we are proud to be accredited by the American Camping Association (ACA). Our beautiful natural environment and meticulously maintained facilities create a positive, healthy atmosphere where children grow and thrive. We strongly believe in the importance of investing into our programs and facilities, making Saginaw a leader in camping.
Children Are Our #1 Priority
Our mission is to offer a safe and healthy environment which encourages each child to discover and excel at new activities, develop life-long friendships and promote self-confidence. Our program is intentionally designed to create opportunities for success, resulting in a summer experience for your child that will produce a more confident, independent and well-rounded individual.
